We provide full and partial crew management services through our unique lump sum crew management program.

It will provide the principals and managers with a long-term manpower resource of a pool of qualified officers, engineers and ratings for the merchant ships and the quality and the experienced hotel, food & beverage crew for the cruise ships.

Potential candidates must not only pass our selection and evaluation procedures but must be fit for various requirements and standards of the owners also.

All our maritime officers, engineers and ratings are compulsorily required to undergo standardize training for relevant certifications and STCW’95 compliance prescribed rules and regulations that has to be implemented as demanded by the internationally recognized Crew Quality Assurance Program. Additionally we always make sure that the certificates and the relevant documents of the crew are thoroughly checked with the Authorities concerned.
