In our management, first and foremost attention is paid to the general requirements and time-to-time varying specific requirements of the vessel and her Principal. We are flexible more than ever in coping with the fast changing world of ships and crewing by paying a keen attention to a simpler, but most cost effective and efficient procedures with which we aim to add value to our service for our Clients.

Our efficient team of shore-based staff having earned much experience at sea in senior and key positions for many years. Our hard work is never reserved, especially in circumstances where each and every outcome must be in strict conformance to the high standards defined as satisfactory and acceptable to the Client.

We are unflinching in this task, and we are always mindful of paying highest attention and consideration to regard this matter as one of the most important for our clients from the viewpoints of planning budget and finances etc.

Placing great emphasis on such substantial matters of our clients, we are effectively screening and selecting only those Masters, Officers, Engineers, Ratings and the Hotel and F&B crew that have proven themselves to be qualified, diligent and competitive in all respects of the crew management.
