The Seapal is operating Crew Manning and International Recruitment services from the offices in Myanmar, Thailand and in Singapore.Founded in 1986, Seapal has started as a crewing representative of the Ahrenkiel Shipping (hk) Ltd., and had represented the crew manning services from 1986 to 1998 until the Ahrenkiel's office had been abolished in Hong Kong.

We had recruited over 3,500 Myanmar seafarers under full crew management services for various types of ships, such as Containers, Bulk Carriers, Reefers and oil tankers etc., during these 12 years of services with the Ahrenkiel Group. We also represent at the same time, a crew manning services to the Eurasia Group of companies since 1986.

In 1990, we had contracted to supply Hotel, F&B and Maritime crew to a cruise vessel called S.S ‘EDINBURG CASTLE” that owned and operated by Messrs. Low Line Ltd., of U.K.

This is where we have started to enter into the cruise crew recruitment services but within a few years, we found ourselves with full confidence to meet the demand of various positions of the crew requirements from the clients.

Our Philosophy is to work in partnership with our clients to create crewing and staffing solutions that help to achieve organizational goals.

In serving the needs of the ship’s managers, we have the expertise, resources and means to meet our clients’ needs in the crew management.

We systematically check the record of certifications as well as assist if required in delivered training and the adequate briefing but also debriefing in line with our partners expectations.
